About Dress On The Go

- Can I sell you my designer dress?

Yes, we sometimes buy designer items from customers, it can be dress, jumpsuits, bags etc. 

Please email us at hello@dressonthego.com outlining the designer, style, size and purchase price. Please include a receipt of purchase if possible.


What payments methods do you accept?

We accept the following payments methods: MBway, cash


- Do you have a retail store to try dress on?

We have a showroom in Lisbon center where you can try on the looks that you want to, on appointment.


- What sizes do you stock?

Currently we sizes from EU 34 to 42 and we plan to expand our range from 32 to 46 soon!


- How far in advance can I make a booking?

You can make a booking up to a 3 months in advance with a deposit to secure the look. We aim to open reservations for a year soon!


- Do you offer Maternity Looks?

We do not have (yet!) specific maternity styles but we do stock outfits that could fit a mom-to-be. 


Renting at Dress On The Go

- How long can I rent a designer dress for?

You can make a reservation for 4 or 8 days.

If you require your dress for longer than our 4 or 8 day options, feel free to email hello@dressonthego.com with your required dates and preferred style and we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote for an extended rental, subject to availability of the dress. 


- Can I rent more than one look?

Of course! You are free to rent as much as you need or want, betwenn our dresses, jumpsuits, sets and also shoes, bags and accessories! 


- What is the cleaning process?

We take care of the cleaning part, please do not wash it yourself. Our professionally dry cleaners take care of each item!


- What if I accidentally damage or mark my outfit?

We understand accidents can happen, but we also want to keep our items in sparkling condition for other customers. 

You may be liable to pay a fee if you damage or mark your item - we reserve the right to review each case individually.

- Am I able to tailor any of the items?

We do not allow any alterations made by the customer, however, we offer it at our atelier. Feel free to use fashion tape to temporarily tailor your look.
