Portugal Shipping

Our delivery service does not include scheduling options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact from the carrier, thus being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order.  

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

In the summer months and sale seasons, due to the high number of orders, there may be a small delay in shipments. We kindly ask for patience and understanding. In case of special occasions, please order in advance. 

 

International Shipping  

Please note that recipients have the option to pay duties and taxes upfront at checkout or upon delivery, based on your country. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipments to non-EU countries do not include customs costs/fees. 

All International orders are shipped with DHL. In case you have any questions regarding your shipment, you can always contact them or contact us. 

Dress On The Go reserves the right to deduct from the refund any cost that may occur in orders that refuse to pay customs fees or customs costs, including the shipping fee from the country of destination to Portugal.

Customer responsability for address accuracy and return costs 

If a customer provides an incorrect destination address or contact information, resulting in the return of the shipment to our warehouse in Portugal, all associated return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

We strongly recommend customers verify the accuracy of all shipping details and contact information before finalizing their orders to prevent potential expenses and complications associated with returned shipments.

Please note that if the package gets returned to our facilities due to multiple failed attempts of delivery, the new shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery

If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 20 days from the date of payment of the order, please contact us at dressonthego@gmail.com. At the end of this period, Dress On The Go cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Dress On The Go considers the delivery done with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed delivery address.
